2. Engagements & billing

• Services are typically provided on a recurring monthly basis for a flat monthly fee, billed in advance unless agreed otherwise.
• Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms (such as Google or Meta) is separate from our fees and is your responsibility.
• Either party may end a monthly engagement with reasonable written notice, as set out in your service agreement.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to any accounts or assets needed to deliver the services, and prompt feedback where requested. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of any materials or claims you ask us to promote.

4. Results disclaimer

We bring skill, effort, and best practices to every engagement, but advertising results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as a particular number of leads, sales, or revenue.

5. Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise, deliverables created for you become yours once paid in full. We retain the right to use general know-how, methods, and non-confidential work for portfolio and promotional purposes.

6. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public information confidential and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
